Enterprise Risk Management

As the Company expands, it strives to adhere to high standards of corporate governance and risk management. 

All departments have been tasked to identify the risks in their operations and develop strategies to deal with them. For each risk related to compliance, financial, operational, strategic, reputation, safety and supply chain (among others), policies have been drafted and action plans have been prepared. 

These are then compiled and the Risk Management Committee periodically reviews the Company's risk management policies, procedures and strategies.
